My bread came out FANTASTIC, thank you so much!! The one little thing was that the dough stuck to the parchment after I turned it out of the bannetons. I had to scrape it off the parchment to get it into the dutch ovens and re-score it (because the top ended up being the bottom). It still came out great and I didn't degas it too much. I will flour the parchment next time (or maybe it was a fluke).
