I have a 7 qt Dutch oven how much of the dough would I need to use to make the loaf for it. The last boule I formed for it looked great coming out of the banneton but then flattened out in the Dutch oven. I can’t remember how many grams it weighed or how many cups the recipe ad of flour. It is the onnly Dutch oven I have. My Challenger Bread Pan won’t be here till next week then I’ll be set and won’t have to worry about the Dutch oven anymore and it burning me or my loaves flattening.
