I love your videos of bread baking at home with your son. Also enjoy the Friday videos at Gesine Prado's kitchen too. Hope y'all have a chance to keep doing them even after we get back to "normal".My question is about starter. If kept in refrigerator (I live in Louisiana, and we are already getting into the 80's temp wise) do you only feed it once a week if you are not baking bread but once a week? Also, is there a rule of thumb on how much starter to add to a recipe?
