I enjoyed making this new recipe and just took 2 beautiful rounds out of the oven. My parchment paper however stuck to the bottom of both loaves. Actually, my kitchen towel in the bowls for the cold fermentation stuck some too. (I don't have baskets but figure I needed more flour on the towels). After I carefully pealed it off without tearing the dough, I transferred to parchment and hot dutch oven, but all in all the dough was a bit wetter coming out of the refrig than I expected. Is there a trick to getting the parchment paper unstuck?! The best tip in the video was using the handle of the wooden spoon for mixing. Awesome!
