Jenni! Thanks for your kindness. I'm so fond of this process and method for maintaining starter and baking. I was a skeptic at first but she won me over. I've been pointing people to that exact blog, too! Arlo and I actually just shot a video of this bread and it should be up on Facebook Wednesday, 4/15 (free for all to watch, no account required!).
