Have been looking for a method like this for some time, and nothing was this perfect -- easy to schedule around work and life and the bread is just so delicious! Baked 1/2 the recipe and started in the morning, so we had fresh bread for breakfast next day. With butter and jam... all was gone by lunchtime. Thank you so much for sharing.
