I am a seventh grade science teacher teaching 70 students from my home right now! Last week, we started the #Quarantiny Starter project together and I want to provide them with an easy loaf to bake when their starters are ready. Can this recipe be cut in half to only make one loaf at a time? What modifications would you make for those without proofing baskets and dutch ovens? Can the folding process be done in a bowl? Any other modifications to make this "kid-friendly?" Thanks so much!
