Incredible recipe. I am new to sour dough bread, although have baked plenty normal bread in my life. I could tell not everything about my sourdough felt right but kept at it. I think my starter was a bit too moist so loaves were very tacky. But I was very thrilled with the results for first time. This is definitely going to be my go to sourdough dread.
