Thanks for checking with us, Margaret! Yes, you can swap our All-Purpose Flor in for Bread Flour in most recipes and still get highly satisfying results. You can expect there to be a little less chew and slightly subdued rise since Bread Flour has a higher protein (gluten) content, which contributes to these factors. In the end, though, you'll find AP Flour still delivers a whole lot of smiles. Happy baking!
