Looking at your Sourdough Starter information which calls for whole wheat or rye flour--also not available. Yeast has been hoarded out of existence. I do have steel cut oats, and all purpose unbleached flour. Can I grind up the oats and use those to make a starter? I hate to waste anything experimenting! Thanks.
