We have been making lots of pizza lately and discovered that putting our leftover fresh basil in with our left over shredded mozzarella in the fridge for the next pizza really gave the cheese a nice basil flavor so now we do that all the time. Also we love the kaf pizza dough flavoring in our dough, especially when doing quick dough, to give it more flavor!
