Just love your flour. I started to use KA to try to replicate my Grandma Ray's home made bread. She made bread/pies/cakes on Saturday
and then a small batch of bread on thursday. My Grandpa went to work with his thermos of tea, and a piece of apple pie for Morning break./
Then she walked his lunch to him for noontime, so he would have fresh sandwiches. and another piece of pie or cake.
