Easy and delicious! I have a fresh ground whole wheat starter made with alternating hard red and hard white wheat. I used wide mouth mason jar bands for the mold. Be sure to put the top of the band down first, and spray with some type of oil. I have a vintage Wedgewood range with a griddle and they cooked perfectly. I will be making these over and over again.
