I made them last week and my 15 year old WAS OVER THE MOON! I didn't have english muffin rings, so I made my own using nonstick Reynold's wrap aluminum foil. Worked perfectly. I also made the Sourdough Maple Walnut bread and my family is currently infatuated with me. Today, I'm baking my first sourdough bread from the sourdough starter I made from scratch using the King Arthur recipe. I'm super excited and grateful for these outstanding recipes.
