I grind my own wheat and white wheat is my favorite! I just baked up a batch of KAF whole wheat blueberry muffins an hour ago (we're stuck at home because of Coronavirus and we're going to be fat when it's all done from all the baked goods we're eating!) Nobody would ever guess that there is no white flour in them, they're so light and fluffy. I love hearing about the grains and the people who produce them. It really warms my heart.
