Hi Rosa, the loaves don't actually have to slide off the parchment, you can manually pull the parchment paper (with the loaves on it) from the back of the sheet tray to the stone, and the loaves will still bake great on the parchment paper. Just be sure to wear good oven mitts when you're transferring the parchment paper to the hot stone! Our parchment paper is oven-safe to 450°F.
