I did try the parchment paper to slide the loafs onto the stone - I had also sprinkled semolina on the parchment paper to help them slide; however, then loafs were not going anywhere! I had to pick them up and place them on the stone.
I used to do something similar when making pizza but I think Inused wax paper on the inverted cookie sheet (instead of parchment paper) to make it slide.
