Made this bread just about an hour ago. It smelled wonderful baking. This is the first time using instant yeast and bread flour. It’s defiantly chewy and I spread butter on a partially cooled piece. Flavor is delicious. It does seem a bit heavy and I used 5 1/2 cups flour. I did blend with a dough hook. I imagine it’s going to take more time to perfect an airiness but this turned out much better than my previous attempts with other recipes ! Thank you!
