Hi there, Brian! An easy way to transfer the loaves to a preheated stone is to shape the loaves and place them on a piece of parchment paper that is on an upside-down sheet pan. Then you can use the sheet pan like a peel and slide the loaves and the parchment off the pan and onto the stone in the oven. We hope this helps!
