What an easy and fun recipe!! I am very new to baking bread but this looked easy for beginners.

My bread turned out great except for when I cut into it.. it was lacking the air bubbles I see in other breads but it’s not necessarily “dense”. I cut the recipe in half so maybe that’s why? Otherwise I followed the recipe to a T! I did use scoops for flour and not a scale but I purchased a scale today!
