Love this recipe. I think I'll make it today.

As a side note, I picked up a 1lb package of yeast at least 5 years ago, but I think closer to 8 years ago, and thought I will never use this up. Well it's true, I haven't used it up (I really need to pick up my bread baking game). But I've kept the yeast in the freezer and it is still good. I may just pick up a fresh package this year just because and spread the older stuff in my garden beds.
