I did omit the Xanthan gum called for in the recipe. Since the measure to measure flour has Xanthan gum in it I didn’t think I needed more. I followed all other directions. I bake mine in a 10” cast iron skillet so the crust browns beautifully. The crust turned out wonderful and my family loves it ! I wish I could figure out how to attach a photo so you could see how beautiful it is.
