Hi there, Colleen! We wouldn't recommend using our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure here. It won't create a strong enough structure for this dough. If our Measure for Measure Flour is all you have on hand, we'd suggest checking out our Super-Fast Thin-Crust Pizza recipe. We hope this helps!
