Hi! We are trying the "whole foods" way of eating in our house recently, just for fun. And now, I need some brown sugar, or the brown sugar flavor, in a whole food or least-amount-of-processing way. I was thinking of whole dates, pureed - and a spoon of molasses..and salt? I know I would have to play with amounts. What do you guys think? I know flavors are more complex
