Thanks for a great post! I have often wondered if I could "make" brown sugar with white sugar and molasses. A further question: do you recommend adding fancy molasses, blackstrap, or the type between those two? Nutritionally blackstrap packs the biggest punch, right? But the flavor can be quite strong!
