Paper thin slices of seeded or seedless lemon and shaved brussel sprouts (or brussel sprout leaves.) Or use asparagus instead of the brussels sprouts, if you do it might need a blanch first to par cook it a little.

And anchovies. On my side of the pizza no matter what other toppings I'm using!!!
