I love chicken with artichokes and sundried tomatoes. I cook the chicken breast about 1/2 way through. I used to use this topping on a regular pizza dough but found that its perfect on a cast iron pizza. I build some of the monterey jack cheese on the side of the pan for that crispy brown cheese.
