If you'll be using the yeast water in place of the starter called for in the recipe, you won't need to adjust the flour and water in the recipe. A sourdough starter is made up of equal parts water and flour so a 50/50 mixture of yeast water and flour will act as the sourdough starter called for in the recipe. We hope this helps to clarify!
