I’m not a great baker. I’ve tried traditional sourdoughs many times with little success. I’ve made this yeast water bread a couple times and it’s been fine. Not amazing. But fine. Yesterday I made it and it turned out exactly as I’d hoped it would! I too am not an expert slasher. But other than that, I’m very pleased. Thanks, PJ, for working on this recipe and sharing it with us.
