I have never really baked bread before, let alone with yeast water! I used a 1/4 cup of raisins and followed the recipe as written. After all those days I finally baked the bread and it turned out fantastic! I'm going to keep up with my yeast water and make more bread. I'm so glad I tried this during quarantine!
