Hi, I followed Pablo's video and did some trials to see if the starter would work. The first time there was no change, I missed the fact that I had to measure by weight. I adjusted the measurements for the second try and still no bubbles or rising. Today I reviewed your post and realized, again I did the measurements wrong. In the stabilization stage (day 5) I did 3 tablespoons of sugar instead 1 1/2. Could that be the reason why my yeast water isn't working, because I added too much sugar?
