Harissa is a good flatbread sauce- top with feta, cooked ground lamb and red onions.

Honestly, my go-to everyday pizza sauce is a small can of plain tomato sauce mixed with a couple tablespoons of pizza seasoning (KAF or Penzeys). I might supplement it with minced garlic or extra spices but it's always in the pantry when I need it. I let it sit for up to an hour before using it to let the flavors meld.
