I understand that KA is working on a Gluten Free Baguette receipe, but I just can't wait. What's the best KA Flour to try baking baguettes with? Right now I'm trying KA Gluten Free Bread Flour, using Dan Leader's "4 hour Baguette" recipe (an amazing baguette recipe when using regular bread flour). Thanks.
