Hi there, Elizabeth! We don't recommend using our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour to convert yeasted recipes to be gluten-free, it just doesn't create enough structure to support the loaf. We do have some bread recipes that call for our Measure for Measure Flour, check out our Gluten-Free Toasting and Sandwich Bread, Gluten-Free Honey-Oat Sandwich Bread, Gluten-Free Double-Milk Bread, and Gluten-Free Seed and Nut Bread recipes! Because of their quick mixing method and short rise times, we don't recommend making these recipes in the bread machine though. Our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread has a tip from our bakers at the bottom for making it in the bread machine, it uses our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. We hope this can help!
