Hi there, Courtney! It sounds like you have our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix rather than our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. We don't recommend using the baking mix for making bread, but we do have recipes that call for the mix — you can check them out here. We hope this helps!
