Dear Frank,
Because of the Co-vid pandemic, I have not been able to find All-Purpose GF flour. I have been able to get the King Arthur All-purpose GF baking MIX.
Do you think I could make GF bread with this baking mix, just for the time being? Would the texture be similar to English Muffin bread?
