Hi, there! We do indeed have an introduction to a gluten-free baking class at our Baking School. During the class, you'll utilize gluten-free grains as well as almond and coconut flours to make an assortment of baked goods, sweet and savory. We have half-day classes scheduled for June, July, and August at our Vermont Baking School. Check out the class calendar to sign up.  PLEASE NOTE: Baked goods produced in this class do contain egg, dairy, and nuts. Our facility is not gluten-free, so we cannot guarantee your baked goods will be free of wheat contamination.
