Hi Daniel! For best results, we recommend using a bread machine that has a special gluten-free setting. Currently, we just have one gluten-free recipe for the bread machine, but some of our other gluten-free bread recipes have tips down in the Tips from our Bakers sections telling you how to make them in a bread machine using the gluten-free cycle.
