Hello Sandi! Some recipes don't have any eggs at all (that makes things easier) but we also have a helpful resource which is this blog about making egg replacer with flax meal. It works well in things like muffins, cookies, quick breads, etc. It won't work, however, in things that rely heavily on eggs for structure and leavening such as angel food cake, chiffon cake, almond cloud cookies, and so forth.
