Hi Alliya, based on the ratio in our Potato Bread recipe, it's about 1/2 cup mashed potatoes per 3 cups of flour. But if you're just adding mashed potatoes into an existing recipe, you'll need to hold back some of the liquid because they'll add moisture to your dough. The dough is going to be stickier even with holding back liquid, as that's just a characteristic of bread dough made with mashed potatoes.
