I have a sandwich bread recipe I put together with some research and trial and error. I’ve been making it weekly for a few years now. It works wonderfully, and generally takes less than two hours from start to out of the oven. I’m intrigued to try this recipe to see if the additional effort and time make a significantly better loaf.
