Hi Karina, it sounds as if you're asking if you can substitute a yeasted preferment for the sourdough starter called for in this recipe? While this may be possible, the flavor, texture and pace of this recipe will be significantly changed, which is to say that it will be basically a whole new recipe. While I'm not able to come up with this here, I'm happy to pass along your request that we develop a similar recipe that doesn't require a sourdough starter.
