In the photos during the first rise, before, and after proofing, (in other words, every photo after the figs & walnuts were mixed in), the figs and walnuts are barely present, if at all. This is the second time I've made the recipe, each time having carefully weighed all ingredients and both times, it seems like I have way too many figs and walnuts for them to be hidden inside the dough. Many are coming out no matter what I do, resulting in them getting burned during the bake. Should I mix them in differently?
