Hi there, Kathleen! Rather than trying to make this into a no-knead recipe, we'd recommend just adding figs and walnuts the No-Knead Sourdough Bread recipe. Because that recipe makes for a slightly larger loaf than this one, we'd suggest using 3/4 cup (127g) of diced dried fig or cranberries and 1 cup (113g) of walnuts.
