There are instructions to bake on a baking stone or steel in the recipe but not the blog. Pre-heat a cast iron skillet or other oven proof pan on the bottom rack. Slide the bread onto the pre-heated baking stone and add a cup of boiling water to the pan underneath. Use good oven gloves in order not to get burned by the steam and close the oven door quickly!
