Thank you for this recipe. I watched my starter like a hawk and would absolutely not begin the dough until the starter told me it was time. Great directions. The loaf baked beautifully and the aroma in our home is amazing. This bread will be served with goat cheese and honey and a bottle of Italian wine this evening for cocktail hour. Can’t wait. Thanks again. I really wish I could add a picture. So pleased with the results.
