Hi Charles! While we think it wouldn't be unreasonable to supplement a sourdough starter's feedings with almond flour or coconut flour (preferably almond since coconut flour absorbs 4x its weight in water so you'd have to add a ton of extra liquid.) neither of them are whole grains, so they aren't going to attract any wild yeast, so it may not keep it alive. But you could absolutely experiment!
