I have been purchasing King Arthur Almond Flour for 2-3 years now. I recently used it to bake my 1st Keto loaf of bread. Where as I need to improve my first Keto bread baking effort, both my wife and I enjoyed eating it. I will be continuing to bake various kinds of Keto bread. I would like to work on making Keto sour dough bread. My question to you is this...When feeding my Live Sourdough Starter, can I feed it with KA Almond Flour and possibly some KA Coconut Flour? I am amazed how Keto has exponentially grown over the last few years. I want to try to make Keto Sourdough Bread and would appreciate receiving your expert advice!
