Hi, Shelley! The weight of your flour will vary slightly depending on the flour, but will vary much more depending on your measuring method. Here at King Arthur we use the fluff, sprinkle, and scrape method, which gets you the weights found for each of our different flours found here in our Ingredient Weight Chart. Happy baking!
