I bought 2 packages of Swerve and had to throw them away. Both had a most unpleasant odor that increased to very objectionable levels after baking. I had to discard both the baked goods and the 2 packages. I also found, not an aftertaste, but a change in the taste of items consumed after the Swerve-containing goods were eaten. Even plain water acquired a metallic taste after eating a small amount of the goods baked with Swerve. I would not recommend this.
